1 Agent quality is ~1% in reward while 0.1 in system security is ~10%. Check this link under Agent Levels and Quality
That is incorrect. Look for posts by Biggus McChinnus in this forum about 1 month ago for a thread which details LP generation formulas.

BTW, @Liang, did you get the chance to review the formula and numbers in that thread? I'm getting inconsistent results for some reason, haha.

I didn't actually try to apply the formula yet - just collected the raw data. I suspect that faction standings plays into it though.

Ok, can someone in Motsu get Himppairos Livala (Astrosurveying, Station: Motsu VI - Moon 13 - Poksu Mineral Group Mining Outpost) to give you Gone Berserk? I propose that with maximum socials skills you should get ~1000 LP since I got 8260 LP in 0.0.
